Melodee Rhodes, Esquire
Attorney & DSP Business Consultant Brand Case Study

Melodee Rose is a licensed attorney and Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) business consultant whose industry influence spans law, logistics, and supply chain entrepreneurship. She hired me to build a full brand ecosystem: her legal consulting identity, the DSP Business Academy, and the strategic positioning required to grow an educational platform in a competitive marketplace.

My work included brand identity, market research, positioning, content strategy, and the design system that became the foundation of her course and consulting business.

The Challenge

According to her strategy document, the Amazon DSP Program accepts only 1% of applicants and requires both operational skills and strong soft skills to succeed . Melodee’s concept—an educational platform for aspiring DSP owners—was new, disruptive, and required market validation, community development, and strong brand positioning to compete effectively.

Goals

Our go-to-market strategy centered on measurable growth, audience development, and content leadership. The primary goals included:

  • Establish Melodee as an educational resource and influencer in Amazon DSP and logistics

  • Generate 50+ leads per month

  • Enroll 10 new clients every 3–6 months (cohort model)

  • Build an email list of 1,000 subscribers in 6–8 weeks

  • Grow an audience of 2,000 followers in 30 days

  • Produce 2+ high-value educational content pieces monthly

  • Launch and scale video modules for the Bootcamp

  • Develop and manage two private Facebook groups for prospects and clients

These goals guided the GTM execution across content, media, and community.

I developed her market positioning, segmented audiences, built three tiers of customer personas, and mapped a complete buyer’s journey across awareness, consideration, and decision stages. Using demographic and psychographic insights, I crafted messaging frameworks, content pillars, and a revenue model that aligned marketing, sales, and client fulfillment.
